Google is rolling out a new version of its Find Hub app for Android, alongside a major update to the Find Hub section on android.com. The changes improve usability, add customisation options, and make it easier to see which devices are compatible with Google’s device-tracking ecosystem.
Find Hub App Version 3.1.458
The latest Find Hub 3.1.458 update introduces a few small but useful tweaks. After updating, tapping your profile avatar in the top-right corner now opens a full-screen account menu—a design shift that aligns the app’s interface with other Google services. (If you don’t see the change right away, try force-stopping the app and reopening it.)

In Settings, there’s also a new “Distance units” option. Users can now choose between:
- Use default
- Metric
- US
- UK
This allows for more precise localisation when viewing device distances.
Find Hub version 3.1.458 is currently rolling out gradually via the Google Play Store.
Updated Find Hub Website on Android.com
In parallel, Google has overhauled the Find Hub webpage to better showcase how the platform works. The site now introduces the service with the tagline:
“Find Hub turns ‘lost’ into ‘found’ — helping you locate devices and connect with family and friends quickly and safely.”
The landing page is organised into three sections:
- Find – Demonstrates UWB Precision Finding for pinpointing nearby devices.
- Connect – Focuses on location sharing with friends and family.
- Protect – Highlights Google’s built-in privacy and security measures.
Expanded List of Compatible Devices

One of the biggest additions is a revamped compatibility list, which now details over 60 brands and around 100 devices. It’s organised into categories such as Tracking Tags, Headphones and Speakers, and Embedded Tracking.
Newly highlighted partners include Chipolo, Pebblebee, MiLi, Motorola, and Rolling Square, alongside various headphones and smart tracking accessories.

Whether it’s smart tags, trackable earbuds, or connected headphones, Find Hub aims to make it easier to keep track of your most important items—all from one unified app.
