By clicking on this floating icon, users can access a variety of intelligent features. You’ll be able to summarise documents, presentations, PDFs, and even images.

A key addition is the “Add to OneDrive” feature, which creates shortcuts that keep content from shared libraries accessible alongside your personal files.
Another improvement is the introduction of people cards in File Explorer, giving you quick access to collaborator information and direct links to contact them via Outlook or Teams. OneDrive will also highlight files shared with you, display collaborator details, and automatically save any files you create to OneDrive if the auto-save feature is enabled.
