Samsung has quietly expanded its budget lineup in India with the launch of the Galaxy F07, just days after making the Galaxy M07 official. Interestingly, the F07, M07, and previously released A07 are essentially the same phone with minor differences in naming and colour options.
The F07 is offered exclusively in green, while the M07 only comes in black. Under the hood, though, both share identical specs: a 6.7-inch HD+ (720×1600) LCD panel with 90Hz refresh rate, the MediaTek Helio G99 chipset, 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of expandable storage. Powering the device is a 5,000 mAh battery.
For cameras, you get a 50 MP primary sensor paired with a 2 MP depth sensor on the back, while selfies are handled by an 8 MP front shooter. The phone also includes a 3.5mm headphone jack, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and support for 4G connectivity only.
One of its biggest selling points is Samsung’s long-term update promise: six major Android OS upgrades and six years of security patches, which is rare in this price segment.
The Galaxy F07 is already available through Samsung’s official online store in India for INR 7,699.
