Microsoft has officially released Windows 11 version 25H2 ISOs for members of the Release Preview Insider channel, following a brief delay. The company had originally promised to make the installation media available last week, but quietly pushed the release back. In a recent update, Microsoft confirmed that the files would arrive “soon”—and they’re finally here.
The ISOs are available now through the Windows Insider Preview Downloads page on Microsoft’s website, giving testers early access to the latest build ahead of its broader rollout.
How to Download the Windows 11 25H2 ISO
- Head to the Windows Insider Preview Downloads page.
- Sign in with your Microsoft account.
- From the dropdown, select “Windows 11 Insider Preview (Release Preview) Build 26200.xxxx.”
- Pick your preferred language.
- Click Confirm, then select the 64-bit Download option.
The ISO files can be used for both a clean installation or an in-place upgrade, making them a flexible option for testers who want to try out the latest features and improvements before the update reaches general availability.
