AnTuTu has published its Android performance rankings for December 2025, confirming the continued dominance of flagship processors from Qualcomm and MediaTek across smartphones and tablets.
The rankings are based on average benchmark scores collected between December 1 and December 31, 2025. Only devices with more than 1,000 valid benchmark entries were included. AnTuTu noted that all data was sourced exclusively from China and that scores may vary depending on environmental conditions, software versions, and background system activity.
Flagship smartphone rankings

Topping the flagship smartphone chart is the Red Magic 11 Pro+, powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor. The device recorded an average score of 4,118,828 points. Its lead reflects a clear gaming-oriented design philosophy, including aggressive performance tuning, active air cooling, and an integrated water-cooling system designed to maintain thermal stability under sustained workloads.
The iQOO 15 secured second place, also featuring the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. In addition to standard performance optimisations, the device includes an in-house Q3 e-sports chip, enabling features such as super-resolution rendering, frame interpolation, and limited ray tracing in supported games.
Third place went to the OnePlus 15, which achieved an average score of 4,073,184. While its performance tuning is less aggressive than that of its gaming-focused rivals, OnePlus has positioned the device as a balanced flagship, combining strong performance with impressive camera capabilities and excellent battery efficiency. Key features include a 165Hz display and the company’s Fengchi Gaming Kernel, designed to fully utilize the high refresh rate.
Mid-range smartphones and tablets

In the mid-range segment, MediaTek processors held the top spot. The Oppo Reno15 Pro and Reno15, both powered by the Dimensity 8450, claimed first and second positions with scores exceeding 2.13 million. Close behind was the Realme Neo7 SE, which ran on the Dimensity 8400-Max chipset.
Tablet performance rankings were led by the Honour MagicPad 3 Pro 13.3, which uses the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 and recorded a score of 4,033,256. The Oppo Pad 4 Pro and OnePlus Pad 2 Pro followed in second and third place, respectively.

The December rankings underline the growing gap between gaming-focused flagship devices and more balanced premium smartphones, while also highlighting MediaTek’s strong position in the performance-driven mid-range market.
